Wafaa Al-Muhsenin Charity concluded Sunday evening the distribution of the monthly sponsorship of more than 1100 orphans and their families in the Gaza Strip for a total of 57 thousand US dollars.
The Charity declared: “The orphans and families program is one of the monthly projects implemented by the institution and it keens on the regularity because many families depend on them to provide their basic living need.”
They added: “The Gaza Strip is suffering from increasing problems and crises as well as unemployment and poverty are the highest in the world as a result of the tightening of the siege, which increases the burden on the charities, calling on countries and generous donors to intensify their donations in order to save the sector from this tragic situation.”
In its turn, Wafaa Al-Muhsenin Charity and the beneficiary families expressed sincere thanks to the sympathizers and supporters of the Palestinian issue in the Arab and Islamic countries, especially the brothers in the Sultanate of Oman for their support of charitable projects and their keenness to stay with them in their ordeal, wishing them the sustainable safety and luxury.
