In support and solidarity with the people of Gaza, Ihveder organized a free medical day for the displaced individuals at one of the UNRWA school centers in Gaza Strip.
The foundation stated, “Hospitals have no room for treating patients with minor and moderate injuries, even though there’s a need for them to stay in the hospital. Therefore, the foundation coordinated with a number of doctors and nurses to hold the medical day and provide treatment.”
They further added, “The healthcare system in the region has completely collapsed, and surgical procedures are performed in corridors, sometimes without anesthesia. The medical staff is overwhelmed beyond their capacity.”
The foundation emphasized that from day one, it has stood by the people in the region and will continue to provide its services because it is a religious, humanitarian, and ethical duty.
