In the past few days, Wafaa Al-Muhsenin Charity has distributed a cash gift to 93 Palestinian citizens of the wounded who went out for the return marches, where they currently receiving treatment in the Turkish hospitals through supporting them in their plight.
In his turn, the Chairman of Wafaa Al-Muhsenin Mr. Abdullah Al-Astal said “5 months ago and our kin in the Gaza Strip are rising up against the occupation through peaceful popular rallies demanding of their fundamental legitimate rights and lifting the unjust siege on the Gaza Strip. However, the occupier and his criminal rank confronted the marches with direct fire on the demonstrators, killing dozens and injuring hundreds by the bullets and tear gas.”
Al-Astal added, “There are a large number of wounded, the medical hospitals in the Gaza Strip have been unable to treat them because of the seriousness of the injury and the lack of medical facilities. So, they have been transferred for treatment in several countries including the Republic of Turkey which received dozens of injured.”
Mr. Abdullah Al-Astal continued his saying: “We visited the wounded in the Turkish hospitals and rest assured on them and their conditions, morale and health as well as we gave them a nominal financial gift compared to their sacrifices for the Palestinian people and their legitimate issue.”
In its turn, Wafaa Al-Muhsenin Charity thanked the Turkish Republic for receiving the wounded and following up their treatment and ensuring their expenses, confirming that Turkey has always been supportive and honorable attitudes in favor of the issue and the Palestinian people.
