Wafa Al-Muhsinin Charitable Foundation has opened the Sabiel Al-Khair 11 station for desalination water in Gaza Strip, funded by the Basma Sawaid team.
The foundation stated, “We continue to implement water supply projects in the sector due to the high salinity and nitrate levels of the water, and the unsuitability of 95% of the water for drinking without treatment.”
They added, “The operational capacity of the station is estimated at 15,000 liters of water per day and serves an important marginalized neighborhood in the area, in addition to the neighborhood mosque.”
The foundation expressed its gratitude to the Basma Sawaid team for funding the construction of 11 stations in the sector during the past period.
