By the grace of Allah, Wafaa Al-Muhsineen Foundation has successfully concluded its Qurbani project for this year, following four consecutive days of non-stop efforts across our areas of operation: Syria, Yemen, Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, Palestine, Lebanon, Türkiye, Jordan, and Egypt.
The project involved the slaughter and distribution of hundreds of Qurbani animals to eligible families in these countries. Notably, the meat slaughtered in Egypt and Jordan will be frozen or canned and sent to our people in Gaza once the border crossings are open.
For the first time in our history, Gaza was forcibly absent from field implementation; however, it remained deeply present in our intentions and project planning. We pray that the meat will reach our people there very soon, God willing.
Thanks to your generous Qurbani donations, tens of thousands of families living under difficult conditions experienced moments of joy and hope. These meat distributions brought unforgettable Eid celebrations and renewed their sense of dignity.
