The Wafa Al-Muhsinin Foundation has successfully completed all construction and preparations in the displaced people’s shelter camp, and has begun receiving families who were sleeping in the streets and open areas.
The Foundation stated, ‘The camp is fully equipped, consisting of zinc rooms with dimensions of 6×4 meters for each room. Additionally, a solar energy system has been installed to provide lighting, water facilities, bathrooms, as well as the provision of blankets, mattresses, and food and health parcels, including flour.’
The Foundation continued, ‘Given the ongoing aggression against our people, the increasing number of displaced persons, and the dropping temperatures, the Foundation has started preparing a new camp. The work is expected to be completed by the end of the current week.'”
