Wafaa Al-Muhsenin Charity distributed Eid Sacrifice meat for about 5,000 poor families and refugees in several countries (Palestine, Yemen, Burkina Faso, Syria refugees in Turkey, Burmese refugees), funded by the generous donors in the Arab and Islamic countries, headed by Sultanate of Oman.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wafaa Al Muhsenin Charity Mr. Abdullah Al-Astal said: “Distribution of Eid Sacrifice meat to the neglected and needy families in the framework of relief projects that we implement to ease the suffering of the families and refugees and sharing them the joy of Eid during the situation of poverty and vagrancy in the aforementioned countries.”
He added by saying: “We are keen to slaughter Eid sacrifice animals in accordance with the provisions of the Sharia and we have done our great efforts to ensure the arrival of meat to the beneficiaries properly, especially through the highest temperatures, where the transfer and distribution were done by vehicles dedicated and equipped with a system of cooling and air conditioning.”
Mr. Abdullah Al-Astal continued his saying: “As soon as the distribution process was completed, we contacted to the beneficiaries to get a feedback for meat safety. Families commended the meat and its quality as well as they expressed their gratitude to the generous donors.”
In turn, Wafaa Al-Muhsenin Charity thanked the generous donors for their trust our Charity and their donation to the needy people through the Charity, wishing them good and abundant wealth.”
